melbournearts.com.au is designed to be host to artists throughout the CBD and Greater Melbourne region in Victoria, Australia. The service is offered free to artists wishing to showcase their work and features an optional portal for sales.

In addition to the online gallery for artists, we provide domain name registration, hosting, IT Support, website design & development, graphic design and photographic services.

What exactly do you get?

Personalised website address such as www.yourname.melbournearts.com.au
Artist controlled gallery: You can add and delete any of your images at any time – you are in control of your gallery.
Rotation of artworks on random display on the homepage
Set-up fee: Nil
Annual membership fee: Nil
Space allocated: 1.5mb (Depending on image size, approx. 10-20 images)
Artist directory listing: Yes
Contact details displayed: Yes
Fee for sales through Melbourne Arts: 10%
Fee for sales through Artist: Nil

IMPORTANT NOTES:

You must have at least ONE image to upload to your gallery upon the supply of your account details and you have one week to make the upload or your account will be closed. This is to prevent “empty” accounts and a website with no content.
Once your account has been created, please be careful not to delete your "main" album.
You may delete your "items" and "albums within your main album" only!
A request for re-creation of accounts because you have deleted your album will incur a $10 fee.
Choose your account details carefully. A request for any text changes in your new account details will incur a $10 fee.
Multiple account registrations will be ignored unless you email us with the correct version to use prior to your account creation.

Reciprocal Link:

If you have an existing website and wish to use the Melbourne Arts website as a secondary portal, all we require from you is for a Melbourne Arts logo and link to be placed on your website. Choice of graphics can be found on this page: www.melbournearts.com.au/logo
